Bacon and Chicken Pasta

You’re going to love this easy recipe for Chicken Parmesan Garlic Pasta with Bacon!  It features tender noodles, tasty chicken, pan-roasted garlic, caramelized onions, a creamy sauce, Parmesan cheese, and plenty of crispy, delicious BACON!


Garlic Bacon Sweet onion Chicken Chicken stock or broth Heavy cream Fine salt Ground black pepper Long fusilli pasta Shredded parmesan cheese Parsley

Step one

Arrange the garlic in a skillet and cook over medium heat until lightly browned. Turn the cloves over and cook until the other side is browned and the garlic is tender.

Step TWO

Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet until browned. Using a slotted spoon, transfer to a paper towel lined plate to drain.


Add the onion and cook over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until onions are golden brown and caramelized.

Step four

Add the garlic and chicken stock. Increase the heat to medium-high, and cook, stirring occasionally, until liquid reduces by half.


Continue to cook over medium heat, stirring often, until it reduces and thickens. Add the chicken and bacon. Stir to combine, lower heat, cover and keep warm.

Step SIX

Heat a large pot of salted water over high heat until boiling. Add the pasta and cook according to package directions until al dente.


Drain the pasta and and add it to the sauce in the large pan. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese on top and stir to combine all the ingredients.

Step Eight

Serve the pasta hot garnished with the reserved cooked bacon and chopped parsley.
