Maple  BACON  Carrots

Bacon Carrots Maple Syrup Salt & Pepper Oregano

INGREDIENTS

Step one

Peel and cut the carrots into 1.5 to 3 inch sticks.

Step TWO

Cut the bacon into slightly large squares when it is really cold. It makes it easier.

Step Three

Cook the bacon pieces in a large skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until they are nicely browned.

Step Four

Remove the cooked bacon to a paper towel lined plate using a slotted spoon. Save a tablespoon of the grease.

Add carrots to the pan and cook for 3 minutes. Then add the maple syrup, bacon, salt and pepper.
