Let's Make Bacon Deviled Eggs!

4 slices bacon 8 large eggs 1/3 cup mayonnaise 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard 1/2 teaspoon curry powder Salt and pepper


Makes 16 deviled eggs or 8 servings

1. For easy peeling, cook the eggs in a steamer basket over boiling water for about 13 minutes.

Step by Step Directions

2. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Drain and crumble.

3. Peel the hard-boiled eggs and trim off the rounded ends.

4. We cut our eggs in half across the middle so they don't slide around the serving plate.

5. Remove the egg yolks to make the filling.

6. Mash the egg yolks with a fork and combine with mayonnaise, mustard and spices.

7. Scoop the filling in the egg white shells.

8. Garnish with bacon, serve, and enjoy the compliments!
