– 32 oz. frozen tater tots – 1 lb. bacon – 1/2 lb. sausage – 1 T. butter – 2 leeks – 8 eggs – 1/3 cup milk – salt & pepper - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese – 1/4 cup shredded Parmesan

1. Cook the tater tots for 20 minutes in a 450 degree F oven.

2. Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet over medium heat.

3. Cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.

4. Cook the chopped leeks in butter until tender, about 7 to 8 minutes

5. Arrange the cooked tater tots in the prepared baking dish.
