Let's Make Bacon Wrapped Scallops!

"So unique and delicious;  an easy gourmet appetizer that everyone loved!"

– 12 strips best-quality bacon – 24 sea scallops, each about 1-inch in diameter


1. Line a baking sheet with foil, and top with an oven-safe baking rack.


2. Wrap each scallop in bacon and secure with a wooden pick.

3. Arrange the bacon-wrapped scallops on the rack on the prepared baking pan. Turn the oven broiler on High.

4. Cook under the broiler for 8 to 12 minutes, turning once, until bacon is golden brown and the scallops are opaque.

5. Replace the charred toothpicks with fresh ones before serving, if you like.

6. Serve and Enjoy!
