– 36 club crackers – 12 slices thick-cut bacon – 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese YIELD: 36 pieces

INGREDIENTS

1. Line 2 baking sheets with aluminum foil. Top each with parchment paper.

DIRECTIONS

2. Arrange the club crackers in a single layer on the prepared baking sheets.

3. Sprinkle each cracker with a teaspoon of shredded Parmesan cheese and top with 1/3 slice of bacon.

4. Sprinkle the bacon with a little more Parmesan cheese.

5. Bake in the oven at 250 degrees F until bacon is browned and crisp, about an hour. Drain on paper towels.

6. Serve and Enjoy!
