1. Clean your grill, so that your bacon doesn’t stick while cooking.

2. Brush the grate with a light coating of high smoke point oil like canola oil or grapeseed oil before grilling.

3. Heat the grill to a moderate temperature, around 325 degrees F (163 degrees C).

If you’re cooking over charcoal, let the coals die down a bit before cooking the bacon.

4. Thick-cut bacon may be placed directly on the oiled grill grate. Watch carefully so bacon doesn't burn.

If you prefer, you can cook the bacon in a large cast iron skillet, which is safe to use on the grill.

You can also cook the bacon on a grill-safe griddle.

5. Cook the bacon until browned and crispy. Drain and ENJOY!
