1 pound bacon of your choice A 10- by 15-inch glass baking dish Paper towels for draining

1. Arrange the bacon strips in the baking dish. It's okay if they overlap a bit. 



2. Put the dish in the microwave oven and set the power level for 50 percent, or half power.

3. Cook for 3-4 minutes at 50% power, or until bacon begins to curl and slightly brown.

4. Cook at 50% power in 60-90 second increments, until bacon is brown and crispy.

5. Drain on paper towels and cool the cooked bacon for 5 minutes.

6. Serve and Enjoy!
