Fast & Easy Bacon and Cheese Mini Quiches

INGREDIENTS: – 2 packages 1.9 ounces baked miniature phyllo shells  – 2 large eggs – 1/4 cup milk – 3 slices bacon cooked and crumbled salt and pepper – 1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Arrange frozen phyllo shells on a parchment lined baking sheet. 

Sprinkle cooked crumbled bacon in the bottom of the phyllo pastry shells.

Beat 2 large eggs with 1/4 cup milk and fill the phyllo shells with the mixture. Bake for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with finely shredded cheddar cheese.

Continue baking until the centers are firm and the quiches are lightly browned, about 6 minutes.
