Ingredients

To make this recipe, all you need is BACON (and love, of course!) Choose thick sliced, regular sliced, smoked, unsmoked, cured, or uncured.

Step one

Place the bacon slices in a cold skillet. Make sure the strips aren’t overlapping too much.

Step two

Turn the heat to medium. Cook the bacon until the bottom is browned and crisp to your liking, about 4-6 minutes.

Step three

Transfer the crispy strips of bacon to a paper towel-lined plate to drain the excess grease.

Round Pan

Arrange the raw bacon in a cold skillet. We’ve used a nonstick skillet for this batch.

FLip It Over

gently flip the bacon over using tongs or a spatula to ensure that both sides cook evenly.

Turkey Bacon?

Turkey bacon is generally leaner than traditional bacon, so it tends to cook faster.
