How to Make Bacon Vodka

"This vodka makes the best Bloody Marys!"

- One .750 ml bottle of vodka - One pound of your favorite bacon


 1. Cook the bacon in the oven at 350 degrees F until crispy and drain.

2. Chop the bacon in small pieces and transfer to a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

3. Pour all of the vodka over the bacon.

3. Cover and refrigerate for 7 days.

4. Strain out all the pale bacon pieces.

5. For the clearest bacon vodka, strain the mixture again through two layers of cheesecloth.

6. Pour the double-strained vodka carefully in the bottle.

7. Print a label if you wish, and affix it to the bottle.

8. Mix in your favorite cocktail and Enjoy!
