Enjoy the crispiest, crunchiest bacon ever with this simple trick. Bacon lightly coated in seasoned flour and oven baked is golden brown and delightfully crunchy!
Line a large rimmed baking pan with aluminum foil. (This will make your cleanup easier.) Top the foil with a piece of parchment paper, which will prevent your delicious bacon from sticking to the pan.
In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, pepper, and seasoning salt.
Drag one strip of bacon through the flour mixture on both sides, lightly tapping on the side of the bowl to remove excess flour.
Repeat process with remaining bacon strips. (You won't need all of the flour mixture.) Arrange the flour-coated bacon slices on the parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until the bacon is golden brown and crispy, about 20 to 30 minutes. Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of your bacon.
Use a spatula to transfer the bacon to paper towels to drain. Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Storage: Store leftovers tightly wrapped in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.To reheat: Arrange the slices on a baking sheet and heat in a 350 degree F oven until hot, about 6-7 minutes.
